Aldelia is recruiting a Well Engineer (m/f), to be based in Temane, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Assist well services supervisors and well services engineer with daily well services
  • Visit well sites with well service operators and help with onsite operations to increase their operational awareness. Help with well integrity testing
  • Update log reports about wells daily and send out daily e-mails to distribution lists
  • Maintain the SafeWells System and upload documentation and reporting into the system
  • Create or update well schematic drawings and upload them to SafeWells. Distribute drawings to other personnel as necessary
  • Support with the creation and preparation of well handover documentation, permit to work system documents, and other safe working practices
  • Contribute to the building of applicable procedures for well services involving Sasol Group and contractor operations. Review existing procedures and programmes for specific operations and guarantee accuracy and availability of tools and personnel
  • Participate in programme writing and understanding operational requirements of well services. Take over the responsibility of generating programmes based on the ongoing work scope and schedules
  • Help with acquiring well data and conduct well history research
  • Support well integrity initiatives and follow up on results
  • Prepare and hold technical SPE presentations for the SPE community in Mozambique
  • Apply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations
  • Implement Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of successful well projects
  • Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals
Requisites
  • University Bachelor's Degree
  • Min Experience 3+ Years
