Utility Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Responsible for safety & discipline at workplace
• Organize, manage and perform safe operation and maintenance of Utility Substations (LV/MV), Terminal electrical infrastructure and fire water pump house
• Daily Inspections and Reporting
• Provide technical support to the Maintenance Department
• Maintenance management and reporting with specified data
• Preparation of maintenance sheets for Utility Substations, electrical infrastructure and fire water pump house
• Improvement of maintenance procedures for LV/MV switchgears, transformers and Gensets
• Attend breakdowns and emergencies
• Management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Spare Parts Management
• Advise and train users on equipment
• Maintain all documentation, drawings, wiring schematics, manuals

Requisites

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5 – 8 years. Experience in operations and maintenance of 11kV Switchgears, Generators and Transformers
• Experience with SIEMENS, ABB, Schneider or Switchgears
• Excellent knowledge about Medium Voltage Substations and Powerhouse
• Skills required: Excellent experience of MS office
• Language: Fluent in English and Portuguese
