Transportation Advisor (m/f)

Duties

• Coordinate company pool car service
• Manage service contract for transportation services and ensure that provider complies with the requirements defined in the contract
• Ensure that transportation services are delivered according to company procedures and prescriptions
• Ensure that provider keeps all pool cars in a proper and efficient maintenance status
• Ensure that insurance against accidents and civil liability is in place
• Coordinate the transportation service according to company policy
• Ensure that vehicles are replaced by provider as and when required
• Ensure that car drivers adhere to the company´s regulations and safety guidelines and are well trained for cases of emergency situations
• Inform the company and provider about any breach of regulations by drivers in the course of their activities or while in the company´s premises
• Manage transportations service contract, dealing with provider representative and administer the relevant agreement
• Draw up a maintenance long term plan for the service vehicles

Requisites

• Degree in a relevant field – Desirable
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
