Futures Groups is hiring a Translator from English to Portuguese.
Duties
Translate the protocol into Portuguese, including the following questionnaires and consent/assent forms:
Questionnaire for Caregivers
Questionnaire for Children 0-9 (Caregiver as respondent)
Questionnaire for Children 10-17 (Child as respondent)
Consent Form Adult and Parental Cognitive Interviews
Assent Form Child Cognitive Interviews
Consent Form Adult and Parental Household Survey
Assent Form Child Household Survey
Requisities
A minimum of 5 years translation experience from English to Portuguese
Previous experience translating data collection instruments highly desired
Proven track record of completing translations accurately
Proven track record in submitting deliverables on time
