PRI is recruiting a Territory Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long terms profitability and sale’s growth
 
- Directs the selling activities of construction products within the Territory
 
- Represent the company trade mark within the country
 
- Coordinate with central team targets within the country
 
- Sets the vision for the Region and develop a business plan to attain the vision
 
- Demonstrate products and services potential to customers and assist them in their needs
 
- Research sources for developing prospect customers and determine their potential
 
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing and sales management groups
 
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
 
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events
 
Requisites
- Business Social Science and Administration
 
- 3 to 5 years in Architecture and sales management experience
 
- Experience is the Sub-Saharan Markets, emerging/unstructured markets
 
- Knowledge of exports and imports administration
 
- Understanding International markets and their trends and proved network in Construction business
 
- Result driven individual with a good customer care amplitude
 
- Knowledge of safety and environmental practices
 
- Great analytical skills and market awareness
 
- Ability to working within a team and capacity to lead
 
- Good communication and listening skills
