Requisites

• Qualification: Professional with a minimum of master’s degree in Community development, Economics, Social Science, Agronomic, Biology, Ecology, or related field
• General professional experience:
• Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years project management experience
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years’ experience of managing projects funded by international development agencies
• Experience of working in African countries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in management of programs
• Knowledge of Portuguese and English desirable
• Specific professional experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Community Development/Community Management of Natural Resources
• Knowledge of the preparation of Community Land Use Plans and delimitation of land/DUAT
• Knowledge of the Conservation Areas in Mozambique
