Specialist Risk Management

BHP Billiton is recruiting a Specialist Risk Management, to be based in Boane.

Duties

• Responsible for providing process and governance support
• Drive a standard risk methodology
• Facilitate the development of an accurate risk profile
• Provide risk guidance and oversight to achieve standard application of the risk management methodology
• Perform analysis of risk documentation
• Assess the application of the Risk Management methodology
• Provide risk reporting
• Promote the use of central controls to instil standardisation
• Provide training on risk management processes, systems and job hazard analysis
• Facilitate BCP (Business Continuity Plan) simulations
• Maintain Asset level risk registers and review area risk registers
• Coordinate regular risk reviews between departments
• Ensure that the analysis of risks and the risk management functional standards, regulations and policies are implemented, together with improvement projects
• Ensure the risk management, governance and compliance objectives are met

Requisites

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in an Industrial Environment is an advantage
