Service Centre Head

Safintra Mozambique is recruiting a Service Centre Head, to be based in Beira or Nacala.

Duties

• Prepare reports to the COO from time to time on the status of the company which will include among others the level of business
• Make sure that branch targets are met
• Identify business opportunities by carrying out market research
• Identify construction site developers and dealers and engage them for the purpose of doing business
• Carry out and supervise all marketing activities in the branch
• Superintend over all staffing matters at the branch
• Act as custodian of all company assets at the branch
• Direct and analyses studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization´s policies and operations
• Analyses operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines their financial impact

Requisites

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Business Management
• Seven years post graduate with two years spend on managerial position
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
