Mashova is recruiting a Receptionist to be based in Matola.
Duties
- Answer phones and operate the switchboard
 
- Route calls to specific people
 
- Answer inquiries about company
 
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
 
- Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
 
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms
 
- Ensure reception area is tidy
 
- Control mail flow in and out of office
 
- Drafts letters, memos and report as requested by Management
 
- Arrange appointments
 
- Send email and faxes
 
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
 
- Perform photocopying, filing, and clerical duties
 
- Prepare travel itineraries and hotel bookings for visitors and management as requested
 
- Take and relay messages
 
- Update appointment calendars
 
- Control and request office stationery
 
- Schedule follow-up appointments if needed
 
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
Requisites
- 12th Grade or Matric
 
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
 
- Verbal and written communication skills
 
- Professional personal presentation
 
- Customer service orientation
