Mashova is recruiting a Project Manager, to be based in Matola.
Duties
- Effective management of Mashova projects
- Representing Mashova and the client's best interests
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Organising the various professional people working on a project
- Carrying out risk assessment
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
- Management of operators contracted to the project
- Marketing of additional services to increase customer service
- Monthly management reporting
- Attendance of management meetings
Requisites
- Project management experience in the plant rental/mining industry advantageous
- Ability to communicate with internal and external clients
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is a prerequisite
- Computer literate on MS Office
- Must reside in Maputo
