CONTACT is recruiting a Progress Reporting Officer, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
Duties
- As a Progress Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring that accurate and detailed reports are provided to stakeholders
 
- You will work closely with project teams to collect, analyse, and verify data, and prepare reports that showcase project milestones, achievements, and challenges
 
Requisites
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering
 
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with oil, gas or minerals industry
 
- Proven experience in progress reporting or project coordination
 
- Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and methodologies
 
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
 
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in reports
 
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with project management software
 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
 
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
 
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
 
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
