The F2F Program Country Director, Mozambique (likely to oversee Angola program as well) shall be responsible for coordination of all F2F program activities within a country.

  • Identifying, designing, and implementing Country F2F Projects
  • Coordinating any flexible assignments
  • Identifying potential partners and hosts
  • Developing volunteer scopes of work
  • Facilitating volunteer assignments
  • Providing pre-assignment and post-assignment assistance to hosts
  • Up-dating sector and sub-sector analyses
  • Ensuring sound systems for monitoring and assessing impact from program activities
  • Coordinating work with other stakeholders
  • University degree in agriculture, agricultural economics, agronomy or related field (preferably an advanced degree)
  • Minimum eight years professional experience in crop production
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Previous experience in a mangement role on donor-funded agricultural development programs
  • Excellent organiation skills
  • Previous experience working in volunteer programs desireable
