Planning and Systems Analyst

Heading is recruiting for its client, an oil and gas company, a Planning and Systems Analyst, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Create and workforce reports, org charts and dashboards on the workforce management
  • Perform data management including sensitive information for workforce plan and staffing, ensuring and maintaining WFP and HRIS data accuracy
  • Ensure and maintain HRIS data accuracy including employee emergency contacts database
  • Execute day-to-day administrative processes in HR4U and local HRIS systems, Omega 365 Pims, including master files (e.g. position creation, transfers, job changes, terminations, approvals, contractor employer updates)
  • Execute analysis to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
  • Execute mass data change for projects/initiatives and day-to-day processes on WFP and HRIS tools
  • Perform complex data analysis to support workforce planning, headcount & turnover reporting and other metrics
  • Identify and proposing improvements/automatization in the daily activities
  • Train and support HR staff on HR system functionality and reporting tools
  • Render data analysis that can provide predictive statistics that can help drive business decisions
  • Execute regular and periodic audits by interpreting data and validating entries for accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to establish and maintain a professional work environment, focusing on customer service, and ensuring security of confidential information
  • Identifies and recommends system changes to address operational improvements
  • Initiates organizational memos related to HRIS updates, compaigns, etc
  • Provides analytical and HR systems support to internal customers
  • Actively support organization safety culture and takes immediate appropriate action upon identifying unsafe conditions
Requisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Information Management or related
  • At least five years of experience in workforce data management
  • Advanced of Ms Office knowledge, including MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of MS Power BI and Org plus or any organizational management solution
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese
