SDO Moçambique is recruiting a Personal Assistant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Dutie
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients/partners
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Organize the agenda of the Administrator(s) of the area(s) to which he/she is allocated, in order to guarantee the articulation of commitments
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Plan and organize meetings, events and trips, giving all the necessary logistical support
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Prepare letters, reports and presentations
Requisites
  • Training in Secretariat or Administration
  • Age between 25 years - 35 years
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Portuguese and English spoken fluently
