Network & IT Field Engineer

Duties

• Installation and Support of our software solutions on the field
• Performing training at PCO and headquarter
• 1st Level technical hotline support from the PCO Hub
• Coordinate remote services with the headquarter
• Coordinate Service with customer PCO Service & report all tickets over the Service Desk
• Service Interventions across the country of Mozambique

Requisites

• Degree in the field of applied computer science or practical experience
• Experienced knowledge for server systems and backup systems
• Experience with Microsoft server operating systems, backup software and database management systems
• Conversational skills, willingness to learn and independent approach to work
• Flexibility and accuracy & team player
