Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

ADPP is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, to be based in Manhiça.

Duties
  • Ensure that the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan is correctly executed
  • Report on a 6-month basis to the donor
  • Perform M&E visits to schools and communities
  • Supervise M&E team work
  • Cooperate with external evaluator and US partner Planet Aid
  • Train project staff on the use of monitoring and evaluation tools
  • Keep documentation and project files properly organized
  • Assist in logistics for different events, such as: training workshops, advisers field visits, and others, as requested
Requisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Statistics, Magagment or its equivalent
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (minimum 5 years)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written
  • Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Skills to write qualitative and quantitative reports
  • Knowledge of education and nutrition/food security policies
  • Available to travel, in Maputo Province
  • Ability to work well under pressure and successfully handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Capacity to effectively work in a team
