HR Manager

Mashova is recruiting a HR Manager, to be based in Nacala-a-Velha, Mozambique.

Duties

• Managing payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, personnel, disciplinary hearings, preparing and delivering reports, basic administration, INSS, IRPS, IVA and monthly submissions
• Ensure consistent application of all relevant labour legislation to ensure risk is appropriately managed

Requisites

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Extensive knowledge regarding the Mozambican Labour Law
• Computer literate on MS Office and Pastel will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
• Fluent in Portuguese & English
• Must reside in Nacala
• Valid Driver’s licence
