Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Lead Maintenance Technician (HVAC-Generator Team Lead)
Duties
- The HVAC-Generator Team Lead directs and performs skilled maintenance work in the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of standby generators and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for the residences and other government owned or lease facilities
- This position supervises four (4) Generator Technicians who perform preventive maintenance services and repairs on 6-kW to 1000-kW generators involving installation and removal operation of generators from residences to the warehouse
- In addition, the incumbent also oversees a team of four (4) HVAC Mechanics to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in more than 100 residences, warehouse, and other government properties
