Interim Finance Manager

Plexus Mozambique

Plexus Mozambique, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Plexus Cotton Group Of Companies is hiring a Interim Finance Manager to be bases in Pemba.

Duties
  • To develop a consistent set of financial reporting for Mozambique, which is in line with the templates developed by Group
  • To establish a detailed set of KPIs for each part of the business – Smallholder farming, Commercial Farming and Cotton Processing ( Ginning ), and property management
  • To establish data collection mechanisms to drive the KPIs
  • To establish detailed “project management” reporting on the numerous initiatives being driven with this this business
  • To work with the existing Finance Director and Managing Director
Requisites
  • Qualified accountant with at least 2-3 years industry experience (IDEAL)
  • Experience in manufacturing sector and of reporting relevant management information to local and Group management (MANDATORY)
  • Experience of developing the data sources and reporting of operational and financial
  • KPIs at an operating company level (MANDATORY)
  • Project management experience – ideally as part of small team (IDEAL)
  • Fluent Portuguese and English , written and spoken ( MANDATORY)
  • Resilient and tenacious with track record of delivering (IDEAL)
