Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Specialist
Duties
- Serves as the principal advisor to the HR Officer; expected to serve a Deputy for the section whenever needed, esp. when HRO is absent or otherwise occupied
- Expected to consistently maintain quality control and customer service standards that meet/exceed the ICASS service standards
- Oversees the full range of personnel and payroll services to all agencies at Post for both LE Staff and U.S. Direct Hires
- Supervises five (5) LE Staff HR positions and expected to give work guidance to eight (8) Temp Pool EFMs
