Duties
- Payroll Management
 
- Time and attendance
 
- Recruitment
 
- Personnel management
 
- Disciplinary hearings
 
- Preparing and delivering reports
 
- Advanced administration
 
- Monthly submissions of INSS and IRPS
 
Requisites
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management will be advantageous
 
- Knowledge regarding the Mozambican Labour Legislation
 
- 5 to 10 years’ experience
 
- Computer literate on MS Office and SAP will be advantageous
 
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
 
- Valid Driver’s licence
 
- Must be willing to reside on Kenmare Mine site
 
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
