Mashova is recruiting a HR Manager, to be based in Nacala.
Duties
- Management of industrial action for the company and on site
 
- Advising all parties on the content and application of company's industrial action policies and procedures
 
- Provide specialist consulting and advisory service for the company, on all industrial relations related policies, agreements, procedures
 
- Provide an industrial relations training and development service for the site
 
- Monitor industrial relations key performance indicators and ensuring compliance
 
- Assist in the recruitment and selection
 
- Responsible for the integration of new employees in the company
 
- Taking care, making sure that all required documents are in the files and finally filing all personal files of employees
 
- Ensuring that the payroll information is completed correctly
 
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
 
- Working to strict deadlines
 
- Setting up new employees on the payroll system
 
- Payment of Social Security through the online system SISSMO
 
- Payment of monthly taxes such as IVA & IRPS
 
- Responsible for the completion of nominal list of the company as per Labour Law
 
- Track all justified and unjustified absences
 
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
 
- Extensive knowledge regarding the Mozambican Labour Law
 
- 5 to 10 years’ experience managing payroll, personnel, disciplinary heaarings,
 
- Computer literate on MS Office and Pastel
 
- Fluent in Portuguese & English and
 
- Must reside in Nacala
 
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy essential
