Head Wholesale and Retail Banking

PRI is hiring Country a Head Wholesale and Retail Banking for Maputo.

Duties

• Ensure growth in business volumes within the country subsidiary
• Generate new account relationships
• Manage overall business relationships to maximize revenue and profit
• Craft strategies to drive business and ensure same is followed to achieve optimal revenues
• Research and build competition intelligence
• Identify trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences
• Drives initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy for the country branches
• Ensures structures, systems and resources required to effectively service old and win new customers are in place and continuously reviewed using service level agreement(s)
• Coordinate activities aimed at providing the customer with his requirements and delivering value to the customer always
• Ensure growth in the bank’s volume of business in electronic products, cards and channels and other retail products country wide

Requisites

• Education - A good first degree
• Minimum of 7 years Banking experience with 3 in a management position
