FHI360 is recruiting a Development, Partnerships and Cost Share Consultant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- The main purpose of this consultancy is to cultivate, secure and manage partnerships with private sector, other donors and institutions to contribute to the objectives of COVida – a project that supports vulnerable children and their families
- The consultant will ensure that this work is done in alignment with cost share policies and procedures of USAID and FHI 360
- This will include and not limited to: Update cost-share strategy and develop Mozambique-based strategy
- Secure and follow-up on commitments
Requisites
- Solid experience in fundraising or development or partnerships with the private sector for multi-million dollar social development projects
- Experience working in social development projects (HIV, community development, social work) an advantage
- Experience with USAID funded (or other source) projects with cost-share an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both promotional communications and practical language for agreements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Ability to travel domestically
- Resides in Mozambique
