The U.S. Embassy in Maputo is seeking one individual for the position of Customer Service Clerk.
Duties
Work Order Clerk submits new work orders to Customer Service Clerk for scheduling
Customer Service Clerk, in outlook shared calendar schedules the jobs for the next day(s) and through the scheduling system alerts the customer, Facilities Maintenance Manager (FMM), Work Order Clerk and Foreman
Ensures customers acknowledge scheduled time to prevent rescheduling
Contacts Foremen every morning for the update of work orders scheduled for the current day
Requisites
Two years of general University studies is required
At least one year of professional work experience in clerical, administrative, project work or building trades is required
Level IV English (fluency) speaking/reading is required
Strong communication and organizational skills is required
Ability for level II typing (40 wpm), record maintenance experience, computer excel skills is required
