Cost Controller (m/f)

Duties

• Provide cost control support to the various projects supporting the LNG project, such as the Project Support Plan, Security Budget, and Social investment program
• Develop and maintain monthly cost reposts
• Review and validate invoices for payment via company compliance process, interfacing with finance
• Set up and maintain invoice tracking/payment system
• Maintain change/risk register and review change orders for cost impact
• Input into monthly reports, manpower reconciliation, and coordination with HR
• Invoice compliance review, purchase to pay interface with accounting and Contracts and Procurement Department
• Calculate monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), NPSS forecast review
• Develop and maintain change/risk register
• Set up and maintain invoice tracking/payment system & audit coordination
• Ad-Hoc reporting (e.g. Cost control for security MOU, social investment)

Requisites

• Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Project management
• Primary - SAP, Microsoft Office
• Secondary - OMEGA PIMMS, U-CostBudgeting and cost experience
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
