Commercial Sales Agent/Representative

Duties

• Handling the sale, lease, and purchase of buildings that are intended for residential and commercial use
• Inform the company about the situation in the target market
• Negotiate sales transactions with customers
• Act in the best interests of the principal and act dutifully and in good faith
• Make proper efforts to negotiate and, where appropriate, conclude transactions
• Communicate to the principal all necessary information available to him
• Comply with the reasonable instructions of the principal
• Obey lawful instructions of the principal
• To only act and manage clients within the limits of authority
• Discharge any other duties delegated by the principal

Requisites

• Experience in sales and marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Team Player
• Good work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to influence others
• Good negotiation skills
• Able to provide strong and effective client support
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and other local languages
