The Louis Berger Group, Inc. is hiring a Chief of Party, based in Maputo.
Requisites
- Minimum ten years’ experience managing agricultural programs for major donors (preferably some experience with DFID, USAID, WB)
- Fluent English and Portuguese is required
- Experience in Mozambique preferred
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree
- Experience managing teams comprised mostly of local national employees
- Demonstrated understanding of the value chain approach and experience in linking smallholders to commercial opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
