Capacity Build Advisor

Chemonics is recruiting a Capacity Build Advisor, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Contribute in developing and implementation of human resources strategic plan for CMAM
• Ensure in‐service training in drugs supply chain management for health workers at different levels of the health service
• Ensure harmonization and availability of training materials and deliver ToT of supply and chain management to MOH and implementing partners staff
• Ensure the development of training modules based on core competencies as well as certification of all CMAM staff
• Support the development of templates for supportive supervision in coordination with other units of the organization
• Support in developing feedback reports to be shared at quarterly provincial supply chain meetings and other forums based on analysis of data received from provinces
• Support the Regional and Provincial Logistics advisors at the quarterly provincial supply chain meetings
• Develop didactic materials and manuals to support pre-service training curricula of MISAU educational institutions in the supply chain field
• Perform other tasks as directed by Provincial support and Capacity Building Director

Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A degree in supply chain management preferred
• Experience in developing and writing training material, preferably for the health sector
• Advanced writing skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Access
• Good Knowledge of database management
