Admin and Finance Director

ADPP Moçambique

ADPP is recruiting a Admin and Finance Director, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties
  • The Community-Based HIV Services in the Southern Region Program will contribute to achieving epidemic control in Mozambique by reaching people living with HIV (PLHIV) through strategic community interventions. The enhancement and improvement in HIV treatment, nutrition, general health outcomes, and livelihoods of PLHIV, including children, women and families in Maputo, Gaza, and Inhambane are the overall objectives of the Program
  • The position will be filled, contingent on funding
  • Develop a comprehensive program management and staffing plan
  • Provide overall management of the award
  • Responsible for overseeing project finances and other operational and administrative duties
  • Supervise all grant and contract management and report on contract and grant performance, and provide financial and technical management
  • Propose a well-coordinated and flexible communications structure
Requisites
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Accounting or related area
  • Demonstrated expertise in administrative and financial management development assistance projects (8 years), including sub-grants
  • Knowledge of U.S. Governmental financial management rules and regulations is an advantage
  • Strong financial and operational management experience with proven management skills
  • Experience in developing and managing a donor funded grants program
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
