This role must coordinate and maintain all activities of the Administration team by providing the necessary support to the Balama Operations teams. Additionally, this individual provides direct support to the Balama Management Team at a site level. It plays a crucial role within the business as it provides the necessary daily assistance to all leaders towards keeping all processes fully compliant and effectively managed. This role is instrumental in the strategic development and sustainability of the Balama Site in maintaining the support services required for operational needs. Lastly, this role requires an individual with capability to upskill others around them.
