I am an Insurance Specialist, motivated, with solid experience of over four (4) years in insurance. In 2015, I became a collaborator with FIDELIDADE MOÇAMBIQUE, having performed the tasks of Claims Manager, where I coordinated the entire cycle from client participation to payment. Then, when FIDELIDADE introduced the health insurance service, I was responsible for contracting the national network of providers, traveling throughout the country, getting to know them closely and providing the necessary training. I was also responsible for managing health insurance clients. In 2017, I faced the challenge of being part of Upvida, Lda. A Mozambican health plan management company, with the following responsibilities: - Risk management: Analysis of potential customers, evaluating the viability of the contract; - Coordinator of the Department of Management of chronic diseases - Provider Management My qualities as a specialist in insurance management and health plans, risk management, health program management, allow me to offer a quality and efficient service to achieve organizational goals.
