Sadya Makda is an Economist with a degree in Economics from the University of Eduardo Mondlane. Provides consulting services and training facilities to clients both in the public and private sectors on matters which include among others: • Management and Planning in the public sector; • Fiduciary Risk • Studies and socio-economic analyses; • Studies and analyses of financial investments; • Diagnostic systems and institutions, including Due Deligence; • Human Resource Management (design, development and implementation of management systems); • Technical Support in the creation of entire Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015 specifically, • Monitoring and Evaluation of projects; • Production of packages and training manuals; • Public Finance Management, with experience in PEFA (Public expenditure and financial accountability); • Professional training in the areas of planning and budgeting specifically and other areas in general; • Knowledge in Educational Psychology and learning facilitation.
