Summary

Along my journey, I was able to understand that companies not engaged to recycle and make the necessary changes to meet the dynamic market demands, are doomed to lose market shares in a short time. During my previous role at Moza Banco and later on Access Bank, I worked on many of the company's critical projects, including the Product Portfolio definition, implementation and management and the inception of a Bank followed by a full Core Banking system project implementation and coordination. As a result, the Bank went live with a full operating Banking system and Products - an effort the CEO praised as "heroic and unprecedented". I earned specific recognition for my ability to effectively delegate and keep myself and my teammates motivated. At the Bank, I have learned the importance of understanding the customer’s needs to deliver the right bank solution, at the right time, exceeding client’s expectations, generating revenue for the Bank. Products are critical, it is equally important to build a Value proposition for each Banking segment filled with products that represent value from a customer point of view and drive Profitability from a Bank perspective
