Dear Sir/Madam 2015: I started out as an intern working in the general operations department working with a digital archive system Auto form PDM. 2016: After 3 month I started working full-time as an administrative in the same department, working with archive system (digital archive system Auto form PDM) T24 and SD-Structured Deals inputting credit Operations. 2017-2018: I was promoted to Polyvalent and started inputting and verifying if all concluded operations were done correctly. 2019: I was promoted to technical V of the section of domestic operations where I input credit operations, work with salary payment, both debit and credit interest on account. 2020-On going: I was promoted to technical IV. At the moment I also help responding customer care questions. Give a deeper explanation of how some services in the banking sector. On addition to that, I am working on development of new products and services for customers. I give my input on the systems should work internally and externally.
