Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration Program Administrator

In my recent role as Country Program Manager at ForAfrika, I led emergency WASH and food security initiatives, coordinated general food distribution, and managed donor relations with WFP, UNICEF, and GFFO. I was responsible for proposal development, fundraising, and ensuring full compliance with donor requirements. Prior to that, I served as Resettlement and Administrator for Land Acquisition and Livelihoods Restoration Programs at TotalEnergies, where I oversaw resettlement livelihoods restoration projects, which included and not limited to design, implementing partner’s recruitment for agricultural, Alternative livelihoods and fisheries projects, and facilitated stakeholder engagement across both public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to inclusive development, technical excellence, and strategic leadership. I’m applying for this position as it is very suitable for me as I have knowledge on strengthening smallholder farmers through managing projects that to their ultimate goal is to provide training services to teach farmers on fighting Hunger by using friendly Soil management techniques for better yield and incomes generation, I started my career in 1999 and gained full experience on working with smallholder’s farmers, organizing them in group and associations and developing market linkages model. I gathered experience since 2009 working as Project Manager with different ONGs (GAPI, SNV, and CLUSA. My last Position was Livelihood Restoration Programs Administrator with Anadarko/Total LNG Project in Cabo Delgado. I have successfully completed training in Agri-finance in South Africa with Standard Bank headquarters in 2013. I have a lot of working experience in Project management for farmers’ development and incomes generation, aimed for food security as well as farmers capacity building in different matter of rural development and technology transfer in agricultural knowledge. As a professional on Rural Development with excellent managing projects, and giving my experience on training farmers in Beira corridor and Southern part of Mozambique, including working as Livelihood Restoration Programs Administrator at Oil and Gas Company in Cabo Delgado, I’m eager to collaborate with my abilities and experience to Organization in Mozambique to reach the expected results.
