Mario Bila Junior is a Project Assistant and his responsibility is to ensure the smooth management of the Social Science Research Unit, by guaranteeing that the projects are run according to plan, projects maximize individual and each other´s resources (for instance through avoiding duplication in personnel, funding or assets), projects´ financial expenditure status is up to date and meet sponsors´ requirements, each project coordinator reports progress timely and accordingly, and communication between each project and the overall Research Centre´s reporting structures is effective. He has extensive work experience in project management, evaluations, accountability & learning as well as project implementing in various socio-development sectors including public health and Education.
