Summary
Mozambican, with more than 13 years of Banking experience, mostly in Credit area, Risk and 3 in accountancy. In my career, I was involved in many projects. In last two institutions of the financial sector, I helped to revise the credit policy and to incorporate some credit rules in the new system (writing of the credit policy; procedures, templates, development of the IT system and create all necessary tools for analyses and reporting). I consider myself a responsible professional with strong domain on the Mozambican banking rules. I´m constantly thinking on strategic plans for improvement of my department's services together with the other departments adjusting always to the market’s reality in order to be competitive; be flexible, taking acceptable risks, for client’s satisfaction and maximizing benefits for the bank.
