My name is Selcia Lumbela, born in 1982 in Maputo. I hold a Master in Development Management from the Open University, London. I have solid experience with programme/project management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in the INGO sector. I am a lecturer at Eduardo Mondlane University since 2006, in the subjects of Formulation, Analysis and Evaluation of Public Policies.
