As someone who studied Human Resources Management i take in to account privacy and confidentiality of great importance. Information should be disclosed in line of work not to everyone. I am an individual who is hardworking and able to work under pressure. In this case, i am capable of withholding pressure in order to keep the organization to keep on functioning. Furthermore, i am an individual who is flexible and able to perform duties as assigned. All the duties delegated by my superiors i perform them in a good way so that the organization will be able to achieve its goals. This enhances mutual trust with the top executive. In addition, i have strong interpersonal skills. I build mutual relationships with individuals that i work hand in hand so that we achieve our goals. I am someone who is highly motivated to perform tasks in line with my work and able to do that tasks perfectly to meet organizational goals. Also i have excellent ability to cooperate with people. Cooperation helps in by bringing news ideas and implement them for the better. In addition i have good problem solving skills mostly when conflict arises within the organization Problems will be solved until there is mutual understanding between the parties which are not in good books.
