
Graduation in Meteorology in the UEM in Maputo, Master in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation, Post-graduate in WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) at Strategia Netherlands in the Netherlands. Currently is attending doctorate in Civil Engineering course (wastewater treatment area), at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with all the disciplines and qualifications of the thesis done, with a forecast of end of the course in December of 2023. Also is holder of an International Integrated Water Resources Management course, focusing on sustainability of Water Resources, hydroelectric power and hydrometry (qualitative and quantitative aspects of transboundary basins and challenges facing climate change) in São Carlos in the Brazil. I have more than 8 years of experience in the area of Water Management Resource and Climatology, having held the position of professor at the UEM (Climatology, Water Resources Management and Hydrology), Coordinator and responsible for the Climate Change area at Water and Sanitation Project (Watsan-NICHE-024 financed by Tudelft would look like IRC, UNESCO-IHE, NHL and Vitens - Evides). I have proven experience in individual consultancy having done several environmental and climate change consultancies works in partnerships with GIZ in Vilankulo and health and environmental consultancy with CARE in Vilankulo. Therefore, I have proven experience in the technical disseminate of tools Integrating Climate and Disaster Risks into Community Planning and Development and sustainable practices of water use. Also, has practical knowledge in Climate change and hazard analysis, Vulnerability assessment, Responses to the impacts of hazards, Adaptation strategies, Co-benefits of adaptation strategies and Community adaptation planning.
