Experience and Duties: • Country representative for Emerson Rosimount products in mozambique; • Vibration data acquisition, basic analysis; • Laser alignment; • Motor fault analysis, including New electrical and Instrumentation installations, calibrations, valve repairs, fault finding and maintenance; • Fisher Valves, Tank Gauge, Radar Lavel, Temperature sensor, Wireless Instruments; • Delta V PLC ; Experience and Duties: • Acting as instrumentation and Automation Technician ; • Installation of control and measurement instruments on existing and new equipment and processes; • Provides electronic knowledge and approval for the implementation of improvements, changes and maintenance of process control and isntrumentations systems ; • Ensure accuracy of instruments using standard weights and measures, pneumatic and electronic test equipment and small hand tools. • Ensure efficient operation of instruments and systems by solving detected faults using pneumatic and electronic testing devices and acurate measuring instruments ; • Ensure all instruments, fire detection/suppression systems and electrical installations are performing as per specification and standards ; • Assist with commissioning of field devices: transmitters, sensors, detectors, control valves, On Off valves etc ; • Loop checks and trip checks, fault finding and general plant maintenance ; • Plant Start-up assistance ; • Calibration of field instruments ; • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools ; • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other electrical components, • Inspect electrical systems or equipment and components to identify hazards, defects • and the need for adjustment or repair to ensure compliance with standards ; • Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
