I am OVC and Gender Expert, with Sociology Bachelor, Post Graduation in Gender Equality Studies, attending Master Public Health. I have extensive experience providing OVC and AGYW technical leadership and managerial oversight of project implementation and service delivery for children, youth, and families to ensure alignment with project objectives, technical standards, best practices in the field and the global evidence base. I have supervised and coordinated project staff (including coordination with technical, monitoring and evaluation, and finance and grant management teams) and partners, as well as collaborated with governments, other organizations, and stakeholders. With a long professional career working in HIV-focused programming, I am highly capable of strategizing and leading programming efforts to improve comprehensive service delivery to OVC and AGYW with a focus on the UNAIDS “95-95-95” goals. I have effectively produced high-quality technical reports and deliverables, managed documentation of all project activities and achievements, and ensured project compliance with donor requirements, policies, and regulations.
