Isaque Massitela is an oriented result professional, has degree of Informatics Engineering with 5 years of experience in M&E system. Has been managing, data collection forms, tools to cope with programmatic risks, activity monitoring, and data management focusing on data integrity, external data quality assurance and reporting. Alongside, has been developing and collaborating in the development of survey forms, individual and in-group interviews. Data collection fluxogram, field staff and liaison with M&E officers and facility cross-check. Currently, Isaque is the M&E at Kenguelekezé OCB, in charge to capture comprehensive performance indicators from all projects being implemented, followed with basic IT duties. He has been coaching primary and secondary data collection, statistical analysis, identification of programmatic risks, mitigating plan.
