Julia has served as a technical strategic thinker during couple of proposal writing, namely: FORTE-Fostering Opportunities to Respond to the TB Epidemic, the Mid-Term review of Tuberculosis National Strategic Plan (2023-2030) and the TB data review for the new Global Fund Cycle (2024-2026).
