Azevedo Alves is an ELT/TESOL (Social Science) graduate from Pedagogic University of Mozambique and currently also completing his dissertation for Masters in Education Management and Administration at Universidade Catolica de Moçambique (UCM) with nearly 24 years of experience where almost 13 in International organizations, UN-agencies addressing issues to community development, government relations, donor relations, etc and in the other 11 years in teaching, teacher training and syllabus design. He has got a deep understanding of community development, education context in Mozambique (policy, strategy, processes, etc), Sub-grants (partners) management and support, DM&E systems, program leadership, problems solving, teamwork, and extensive expertise and experience developed in: Holistic program management. Project management. Finance & Administration management. Human Resource Management (recruitment, mentoring, coaching, orienting, retain and checking staff performances, etc).
