I am a highly organised and self-driven individual, passionate about developing my career in the field of forestry and sawmilling as a wetmill manager/supritendant/foreman or harvesting forester. Possessing a National Diploma in Forestry and eleven years of experience working in the plantation and sawmilling, l have gained an extensive insight in raw timber processing, timber drying, timber grading, preventive maintenance(electrical and mechanical), saw doctoring fundamentals, timber harvesting and fire protection. I am good at leading by example and my hands on approach enables me to train and monitor employees' performances frequently. I am an accomplished communicator with excellent organisational decision making and time management skills. I have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.
