Hotel Services supervision and Management • Experienced Hotel Services Supervisor, with more than 20 years of experience working on management of the hotel services in Mozambique; • With high capacities on review high accounts and follow up, continually review availability Liaise and observe reservations, review of reception, arrivals, departures activities including query accounts and follow up; • Check the system time and date, review VIP arrivals and late check outs /departures and take an action, check & sign off pit checks, check checklists are signed including review discrepancy rooms. Supervising all the reservations in the department and make sure that all the correspondence are delivered accordingly to their respective departments
