
Human Resources Coordinator and consultancy Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Resourcing: 1. Manage the whole recruitment process for Delegates and National Staff – from advertisement and selection, through contract, to support and briefing for the start of employment; 2. Ensure job descriptions are appropriate and relevant from a technical point of view by liaising with relevant technical units; 3. Make the job classification according to the salaries grid positions; 4. Create/advertise and manage the vacancies on Ifrcjobs; 5. Coordinate external vacancy advertising; 6. Screen applications, liaise with managers and other HR officers regarding short-listed applicants; 7. Together with main stakeholders (technical units) ensure short-listed candidates are suitable by doing competency and motivational interviews; 8. Promote equity, transparency, and consistency in the selection process; 9. Strategic and tailored offer to selected candidates; 10. Liaise with Nairobi for International Staffs; 11. Liaise with National Societies for sponsored candidates; 12. Liaise with ADPP for positions funded by the appeal; 13. Share the Operations recruitment weekly updated; 14. Support effective and timely recruitment processes in Mozambique in close collaboration with the Africa Region. Talent Management – Recruitment & selection, staff retention, developing talent pool, implementation of succession planning, career paths, deployment and communication of recruitment strategy. Workforce Planning 1. Administer the end to end contracting for all types of contracts; 2. In liEffective implementation of the internal control, proper design and functioning of the HR management system.
