I am a professional with four years' experience in Rural Development, specializing in community extension. I would like to highlight two years dedicated to sustainable agriculture, assisting farmers in the production of crops with improved seeds, application of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides), establishment, maintenance, monitoring and evaluation of agricultural fields, emphasizing the inclusion of women in natural resource conservation practices.
